This page defines the conditions under which Danygomez provides architectural lighting calibration, interior photometry, and glare reduction audits. By engaging our services, you accept the terms outlined below.
We deliver technical lighting layout design, lumen distribution calculations, non-flicker LED spectrum testing, and indirect fixture positioning for art galleries, drafting offices, and boutique lobbies. Our work is limited to the specific deliverables agreed upon in the project proposal. Any additional requests fall outside this agreement unless formally added.
You agree to provide accurate information about the physical space, existing electrical infrastructure, and intended use of the areas being assessed. This includes access to the site during scheduled visits and timely feedback on proposed layouts. Delays in providing this information may affect project timelines.
Our recommendations are based on photometric measurements and industry-standard simulation tools. We do not guarantee specific energy savings or subjective visual outcomes beyond the measurable targets stated in the proposal. We are not liable for issues arising from unapproved modifications to our recommended layouts or from third-party installation errors.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet the stated obligations. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Confidential materials shared during the project must be returned or destroyed.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our service offerings or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
